"We had such a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcomed. If the owner happened to be near the entrance, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. He is incredibly nice and friendly, and that personal touch really sets the tone for the entire dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and clearly made with care. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. What stood out just as much as the food was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They regularly checked on us, asking if we needed anything and making sure we were enjoying everything. It’s rare to see such consistent, high-level service from the entire team. Overall, we truly loved our experience and will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for amazing Italian food paired with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go!"

"Dinner at this venue was delicious. The food was very authentic and made with love. We ordered pizzas and the octopus pasta. Extremely generous serving of octopus! A new hidden treasure. A must try for quality and flavour! It’s hard to find a good place that does woodfire pizza. This is your spot"

"I came on my own for lunch and for me a restaurant / cafe is about the whole package - the atmosphere / service / food and I found it here. The Capricciosa pizza was a good choice. The bases are light with puffy edges and I only left some of them on my plate cos I wanted to eat the whole thing but couldn’t fit it all in! The lunchtime service was really friendly and helpful and the drink and food came really quick!"

"Visited Fratelli Pulcinella in Parramatta recently and had an absolutely amazing experience. They clearly explained their halal-friendly menu options and how they take great care to avoid cross-contamination, which we really appreciated. We started with the Garlic Bruschetta (Garlic Bread) — beautifully toasted bread with rich garlic butter and fresh parsley. Simple, aromatic and the perfect starter. For mains, we tried the Spicy Chicken Pizza and it was incredible. The base had a delicious tomato sauce, topped with juicy peri-peri chicken, plenty of mozzarella, and finished with chilli flakes. The balance of spice and cheese was spot on — one of the best halal pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The Spaghetti Aglio E Olio with fresh chilli was another standout. Succulent garlic prawns tossed with cherry tomato sauce, fresh parsley and extra virgin olive oil. It was light, fresh and packed with flavour. We also ordered the Gnocchi a Tegamino — soft, pillowy gnocchi baked in a rich Napolitana sauce, layered with parmesan and mozzarella. Proper comfort food and incredibly satisfying. For drinks, the Tom & Jerry Frizz (raspberry soda with blackberry and lemon) was super refreshing and unique, while the Lemon Lime Bitter was crisp and perfectly balanced. To finish, we had the Classic Tiramisu, and wow — truly the Italian dessert par excellence. Smooth mascarpone cream with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, not too sweet, not too heavy. A must-try."

"Went to have lunch. A bit of a wok from our office however restaurant is not far from tram station. It could be less then five minutes from tram station. It’s near beautiful park not far from riverside theatre or Parramatta river. Three stories, so there will not have trouble to fit people in. We were the first ones to arrive and welcome as cheerful guy and we had second floor to ourselves. Foods are as you expected and good Italian restaurants anywhere. This showcases it pizza cooking green oven. Later on others patrons join us at second floor. We were load and had lots of fun. Overall I love this restaurant and recommended."

"holy shmoly, this is ACTUALLY goated, got two pizzas, garlic cheese pizza and italian sausage pizza. SMASHED IT, dang. 2 of these boxes, all in 6 minutes. this guys asked us if we wanted water. service is actually peak bro. like how did he know we were thirsty ash!?!? (i work in hospitality industry and been to a lot of indoor/dine-in places, so its normal to ask people if they want water but it’s not usual.) id genuinely come back with my friends. those crap reviews are 50/50, people who have too much something to say even though they cant try and replicate what these guys do. the garlic cheese pizza had the BEST cheese pull, lowkey it made me inlove n get another one but its so good that its filling. one slight downfall is that the flavour disappears mid slice, but the texture is amazing. (this happens to all food so its not a bad thing). keep doing whatever you guys are doing, its amazing as."

"I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACEEEE OMGGGG !! I’ve tried so many Italian restaurants in Sydney, but this one is truly different. The food tastes consistently amazing every single time — the flavour, the presentation, everything is always perfect. The service is super quick, and honestly the dishes are so delicious you’ll find yourself craving them every day. I visit Fratelli Pulcinella every Sunday with my friends — it’s become a routine we never miss. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the way they greet you and remember you each time makes you feel so special. You have to try this place at least once. Take my word for it — the rest you’ll experience yourself!"
